ICEC World Congressi 2022
The ICEC World congress 2022 organizing committee is very proud to announce that they received a lot of high-quality abstracts, promising a very interesting program for this event! The topics covered are related to actual and future developments, for example, data management and the application of cost engineering in sustainability projects. You will also hear presentations on traditional subjects such as estimating and project controls. As authors from the papers are from all continents, we can honestly say that we have worldwide input, and knowledge and developments will be shared from many different backgrounds and origins!Dear colleague,
Keynote speakers
In line with the main theme “Predictable Projects in a Dynamic World” world-renowned Dutch architect Winy Maas will talk about his vision for the city of the future, with a view to densification, greenery, and sustainability. The Future City: What’s Next? Journalist Sander Pluijm, a participant in the Volvo Ocean Race in 2017, will explain how a sailing race has many overlaps with businesses such as preparation, big data, and collaboration.
First hybrid edition of ICEC
For the first time, the ICEC World Congress will be delivered in a hybrid event format, combining an in-person conference experience, with a virtual environment. Hybrid means that we organize an event where both physical and online participation is possible. For those who cannot attend physically, the live presentations held at “De Doelen” in Rotterdam can also be attended online. All participants will also have access to an on-demand library of pre-recorded presentations and papers. At the event location, there will be ample opportunity to network and discuss the presentations. Both formats will ensure you an excellent experience and network opportunity! Your safety is our top priority
Health and safety are important at ICEC 2022 and for event host DACE. The well-being of our delegates, exhibitors, and sponsors is our top priority. We are closely monitoring COVID-19 regulations in line with advice from the Dutch Government and local health authorities to ensure your health is protected. In addition, we are working with our conference venue partners to ensure a safe and secure environment. This includes measures around physical distancing, increased hygiene practices, safe food service, sanitization, and cleaning protocols for your safety on site.
